Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited or better with tracking. Orders shipped to the US will be traceable on USPS.com within 24 hours after the shipment is sent. Please note US Customs often delays shipments, and your order may be held up for up to a week. Ain't my fault; they're just overwhelmed. Be kind to your Postie, I always say...
Buyer is responsible for all Customs, Import fees and taxes. I've already paid my share. All packaging is clearly label ed with the contents and their value: no "gifts" no "sample" no $0, no fudging will be done on the Customs paperwork to save you bucks. It ain't worth the headaches on my end.
International customers, trackable shipping from Canada can be outrageously expensive, even via post, so be forewarned. Also, it comes as a shock to me that most countries have postal services that are as terrible as Canada's: therefore, be prepared for delays.
