1. Shipping

- Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days via tracked express courier.
- We ship worldwide.
- All items are carefully inspected and securely packed before shipment.
- International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

2. Shipping costs

- Free shipping to Italy, Spain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Netherlands, Denmark, Luxembourg, Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania, and Slovenia;

- Other EU countries: from €19.90 to €60.00 depending on destination;

- United States: €40.00;

- Non EU countries: from €50.00 to €60.00 depending on destination.

3. Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrives damaged or not as described.

4. Warranty

All New Drum Percussion products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, or incompatibility with third-party hardware.
