General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Any returns must be shipped fully insured to the full amount of the pedal sale.
All returns require photo proof of the condition of items prior to return taking place.
Update 1/22/23: As a result of abuse of the returns system the following rules are now in place for this store:
No returns just because you don’t like the pedal, returns only for faulty or non-working items. All items are now sold as described.
Returns for any reason beyond fault on behalf of the seller incur a 10% restocking fee.
Refunds now exclude the shipping fee (this is the policy even when the original listing had free shipping, proof of cost for original postage fee will be provided)
