Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Items are all shipped with functioning truss rods unless otherwise noted. Damage to the truss rod system including but not limited to stripping the adjustment nut or breaking the rod's internal mechanisms caused by a party (eg: the buyer, guitar tech, other) voids any return claim and the item becomes the buyer's responsibility.
Vintage electric guitar pickups are shipped in functioning condition unless otherwise noted. Damage to the pickup including but not limited to rough handling, exposure to elements, or attempting to open or modify or repair the
pickup voids any return claim and the item becomes the buyer's responsibility.
