Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 30 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
For Cooling Off Returns:
* Please take reasonable care to ensure the goods are appropriately packaged for safe transportation back to our warehouse.
* All returned items must be in as new condition, in their original packaging and all accessories returned as they were received.
* Any scratches, rips, tears, defacement, loss of accessories, bent instruction manuals or very badly repacked items may result in our rejection of the return and a conversation with you about how to proceed with the now second hand goods.
* Please do not mark or stick anything on retail outer boxes as the goods need to arrive back to us as you received them.
* Items returned in poor condition will be subject to a restocking fee not less than 15%
* Items must be returned to Music Matter within 30 days of confirming you wish to return goods.
If the item is Faulty:
* Please contact us so that we can sort out the quickest way to resolve the issue for you.
