General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
We generally do not accept returns. All our items are individually checked before being shipped out by a professional player and/or repair tech, and consists of a cosmetic check, and functionality/playability check. The only time we accept a return, is if there was a transport related damage.
If the item arrives damaged, please check for any damage to your package before signing for your shipment and if you find any, report it to the shipping company immediately. Please send a message to our staff within 24 hours and include pictures of the damaged item, and pictures of the box it came in even if the box doesn’t have any visual damages.
Do not discard any of the packaging, manuals, papers, parts or accessories the item has been supplied with, and in particular, please do not remove protective film from any of the instrument's parts.
A full refund of the purchase price (minus bank costs, PayPal fees, shipping costs, duty and tax) of the goods will be made once the goods are returned to us in the same condition as when they left our premises.
Return due to problems with the buyer's national customs or transport company, we accept refund (the item must been arrives to our place), we only refund the cost of the item minus the initial shipping fee.
For any other reason, we are not able to accept returns and cancellations.
International Buyers:
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
- These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
- We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
About Corona Virus
Due to the current Corona virus emergency situation, in rare cases, EMS delivery to some countries might not be available at this moment, and only DHL of Fedex works. As those shipping fee are more expensive, we can't include this price in the standard shipping fee. In the case the buyer country does not support EMS shipment, case by case, shipping fee must be negotiated before the payment.
Make sure to check the return policy on each individual listing as some items may be sold "As-Described" and not eligible for a return.
