Shipping Policy

• Shipping
Most items are shipped within 24 hours of release from Reverb. You will be notified if additional time is required to prepare the package.

Items will be shipped in their original cartons if they are available. Otherwise, they will be shipped in recycled carton at our discretion. Please check the item listing for details.

• Shipping Methods
Unless otherwise mentioned, all domestic orders are shipped via ground service by carriers of our choice. If you would like to specify a particular shipping service, please send us a message prior to placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.

• Refused or Missed Shipments
If you refuse a shipment for any reason, you automatically waive any and all rights to a refund and/or exchange of the item in the shipment. If you do not sign for and accept a shipment, refuse a shipment, miss all the delivery attempts, fail to pick up a shipment from the carrier, or provide us with incorrect information, you will be responsible for any and all costs, including but not limited to, the entire cost of the item(s) in the shipment, our original shipping and handling fees, insurance, refusal fees, return shipping fees, additional shipping fees to reship the items, restocking fees, and restoration fees, regardless of whether the item is exchanged, reshipped or refunded.

• Incorrect or Damaged Shipment
Remember, do not refuse the shipment under any circumstances. Send us a message within 24 hours from delivery with legible photos under adequate lighting conditions, and detailed description of the issue(s) that you encounter. We will help you resolve the situation. Most of the time, the item(s) are intact, even if the carton is damaged. Inspect the content immediately. Claims will not be accepted after 24 hours.
