New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Returns apply to items that arrive damaged or are not in perfect working order. I’m a solo musician, not a big box store, so wanting to return an item because you’ve tried it out and don’t like the workflow or features is not a valid reason to return it. Please read the manual of the item you are purchasing so you know how it functions before spending the money. I feel bad when I don’t like an instrument and return it to Sweetwater but I would never do that to a fellow artist. Thank you.
