Special Conditions
The buyer has 72 hours after receiving merchandise to notify us of a return. Buyer pays all return shipping costs and must insure return shipping unless otherwise agreed in writing. Do not return without authorization from Pike Family Music. Returned items must be in exactly the same condition they were when they left our guitar shop. Returned items are subject to a 5% Restocking Fee, which may be assessed, decreased, or waived in the sole discretion of Pike Family Music.
Returns on used/pre-owned/vintage items will be handled on a case by case basis.
Make sure to check the return policy on each individual listing as some items may be sold "As-Described" and not eligible for a return.
