Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
After you place your order we will send you a more detailed condition report, including more pictures if necessary. This will detail any aspect of the material that may or may not limit its usefulness or function for your particular project. On receipt of this report please examine its content carefully and feel free to ask any further relevant questions. In the event you are happy to proceed; it is at this point we would ask for a confirmation to accept and proceed with the transaction on a "no returns" basis. However, if at this point you decide that the material is not suitable for your project we will refund your payment prior to shipment. We feel this is the fairest way to transact business for both parties. However we will honour the “7 day returns policy” for any naturally occurring defect in the material. This must be reported before any alterations have been made to its original delivered state. Material must be returned in its original packaging.
