We specialize in teaching, selling, repairing, and renting upright basses and all string instruments for nearly 10 years now. We buy directly from Juzek, Wilfer, Doerfler, Jakob WInter, D'Addario, Pirastro, and Thomastik-Enfield. We believe in only the highest quality instruments and equipment! Shipping Policy
Shipping and handling time during the holiday season (November and December) will vary between 5-10 business days. All products ordered and shipped will have tracking provided to the listed regions. To negotiate shipping rates to other locations, please send us a direct message. Shipping of large instruments or equipment requires the use of FedEx freight. In order to use this convenient shipping method and price, the shipping address must be for either a delivery to a business address or pick up from a FedEx Freight Facility (usually within 25 miles of most cities). General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
A 15% restocking fee will be paid by the buyer if the purchase must be returned. Exceptions can be made at the seller's discretion. If payment is not received within the first week, the return window begins one week after the purchase.
