General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

We take pride in accurately listing and safely shipping our gear. As such, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or not as described.
Return Conditions:
Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged during shipping or significantly not as described in the listing.
If your item arrives with issues, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery for new items and within 1 day for used/vintage items with clear photographic and/or videographic evidence with a detailed description of the problem.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received. Any damage, modification, or use beyond initial inspection may void the return.
Feel free to message me if you are having any problems with usage of items, however there will be no returns for buyer’s remorse, compatibility issues, or change of mind.
Restocking Fee:
Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We comply fully with Reverb’s Buyer Protection policies and are committed to resolving any valid issues fairly and promptly.
