We love. guitars.. just as you do... We buy and sell. We custom build guitars. If you are selling we will go to you and inspect, appraise and give you an offer for you guitar. If you live locally we can arrange for delivery. We want to make your dream a reality. We have a 48 hour return policy. No returns on pedals and amplifiers. There is a 15% restocking fee on Returns.

General Terms

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Shipping Policy
We take special care to carefully pack your purchase and use either Fedex or USPS. When we pay for shipping, we choose the best method for shipping. In most all cases the buyer pays for shipping one way including any insurance or expedited delivery charges unless otherwise noted. Return shipping is the obligation of the buyer unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon by both the buyer and seller.

International shipping - We don't ship to other countries and reserve the right to refuse shipping products to any regions where shipping costs are very high and/or there are VAT's or economic issues that make it cost prohibitive to ship. You're best option if you are a foreign customer is to have us ship to a friend state side.

Return Policy
All products sold by Marie's Guitar Shop have a 48 hour approval period. The approval period starts upon delivery. The customer must notify us of a return within 48 hours of receipt. Please call 714-599-2837 or drop us an email to notify us within the 48 hour approval period. Please wait for confirmation and a Return Authorization before shipping the item back. We will provide return shipping instructions.
The customer must pay all shipping and insurance when sending an item back to us. Items must be insured for the value paid. Any shipping fees for shipping an item from Marie's Guitar Shop to the customer will not be refunded. We do not consider the item returned until we have received the item and verified it's in the same condition as shipped, any accessories must also be returned in original condition. For all new items, accessories such as hang tags, manuals and protective covers must be included and in their original condition.
If you are not certain how to pack a return, please contact us for proper packing instructions. It is very important to properly pack guitars to prevent damage in the unlikely event they are returned.
Damaged and Defective Items: At our discretion we will either replace, repair or provide a refund for damaged and defective items. Proof of damage is required. Please contact us for details. We must be notified within 48 hours of receiving a damaged or defective item.

Make sure to check the return policy on each individual listing as some items may be sold "As-Described" and not eligible for a return.
