Ship anywhere in the continental US following the recommendations for packaging of gear by Reverb.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
My shop is a small business and we do everything possible to make sure our inventory is represented correctly. This includes (but not limited to) instrument history (when available), accurate descriptions, unfiltered pictures, and etc. As such, we reserve the right to deny returns if the buyer doesn't respect the spirit of the policy and simply uses our kindness as an 'in home' demo opportunity. Please do your responsibility as a buyer before you purchase and know what you are bidding on or buying so we can continue to serve you for more years to come!
