New Items
Returnable within 3 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Not Returnable
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
No returns accepted unless the item is not as described in the listing.
If item is determined by buyer to be in not as described condition the buyer must do the following:
1. Contact LeBaron Brothers Audio (LBA) within 48 hours thru Reverb Message to discuss the problem.
2. Provide proof of the condition or defect considered to be not as described in the form of pictures, video and /or audio as requested by LBA.
If buyer can demonstrate that the item was delivered not as described there are the options:
1. Negotiate a partial refund to cover the cost of repair or the perceived value of the damage.
2. Request replacement parts to be provided at no charge by LBA for the sole purpose of correcting the defect.
3. Request a full refund. A return shipping label will be provided.
If buyer can not provide proof that the item is not as described in the listing the item can be returned under the following conditions:
1. Item must be returned in original, as shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use.
2. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs.
3. All actual shipping fees paid by LBA as well as a restocking fee, will be deducted from the refund.
4. Buyer assumes responsibility for the cost to repair any damage to the item while in the buyer's possession or incurred in return shipping. These fees will be deducted from the refund.
