Hi! Welcome to the Lark In The Morning Reverb shop! On here, we are focusing on selling our extensive B-stock inventory to make room for new products in the store. Most of the products shown will be B-stock, used/rented, shop worn, and damaged items, but we will have a few deals on brand new items. Since we are looking to clear out this inventory, please feel free to message us with any offers or questions about the products. Lark In The Morning has been selling musical instruments from around the world since 1974. Founded by Mickey Zekley , it started as a mail order company and grew to a thriving enterprise with storefronts in San Francisco, Seattle and Mendocino. Mickie and his wife Beth also started a summer music camp, Lark Camp, which now has over 600 participants and instructors from around the world each summer in the redwoods of Mendocino.
Mickie and Beth first sold Lark in the Morning in 2002. By the end of 2010, when Mickie and Beth got the business back, all the stores had closed and the busines had moved entirely online. Since then, Lark in the Morning has been holding steady, offering its unique and remarkable collection of instruments to its customers worldwide.
In January 2017, Eric Azumi purchased Lark in the Morning and moved the business to the San Francisco Bay Area, in Berkeley. Mickie and Beth continue to run Lark Camp and work with Eric as consultants. We've just opened a storefront again here in Berkeley. Bay Area folks, please stop by!
Shipping Policy
Trial Period - We offer a 7 day (from when you receive the goods) trial period on most items. We consider an item sold if we are not notified by telephone (707) 964-5569 within 7 days of delivery of goods (no exceptions). This policy does not apply to Special Order items.
Special Order Items - Any item marked Special Order or that is specially ordered for you is a Special Order item and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping - The customer pays ALL shipping, packing and handling charges.
Shipping Damage - We inspect all items before sending them out. All of our shipments are insured against damage. If your shipment shows any sign of damage, save all packing materials and start by contacting us at (707) 964-5569 within 7 days of delivery to file a damage claim. Save the carton and all packing material. We cannot take back or replace damaged items until the claims process is complete.
Returns - To return an item you must call, write or email for a Return Authorization within your 7 day trial period. Any item returned to us without our authorization will be refused or returned to the sender COD for shipping charges. Any item returned should be properly packed, insured and shipped prepaid. We accept no COD shipments. We do not give refunds or exchange didgeridoos, harmonicas, drum heads & skins, musical instrument strings, reeds, CDs, DVDs, kits or Special Order items. All returned items must be in new condition. Once a Return Authorization number has been issued, the items must be sent within one week of the issue date or the return will be automatically canceled and the merchandise will no longer be returnable.
Refunds - We are happy to grant refunds within our 7 day trial period. We do not grant refunds for orders that are cancelled or special orders. We do not give refunds or exchangedidgeridoos, harmonicas, drum heads & skins, musical instrument strings, reeds, CDs, DVDs, kits or Special Order items. Shipping, packing and handling charges are not refundable.
Cancellations - If an order is cancelled, a 25% cancellation fee is charged. Many of the things we sell are made in small workshops one at a time. Our policy insures all orders are serious orders.
Orders Shipped Complete - If an order has multiple items and some items are out of stock we wait until all your items are available to ship your order complete.
Shipping Partial Orders - If you want partial shipments we have to charge additional shipping for the backordered items.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
