Welcome to Severin Guitars
Masterfully Crafted. Singularly Yours.
Welcome to the official Reverb home of Severin Guitars, based just outside of Atlanta, Georgia. We specialize in building small-batch, elite-tier electric guitars that marry the stunning, raw beauty of exotic hardwoods with uncompromising modern performance engineering.
We don't build assembly-line instruments. Every single piece that leaves our shop is treated as a functional work of art. From hand-carving ergonomic body contours to vacuum-shielding our control cavities for studio silence, every step is executed with precision.
The Severin Design Philosophy
• Exotic Hardwoods: We meticulously select stunning tops—like Black Limba, Figured Cherry, and Flame Maple—paired with rich Sapele Mahogany and Ash backs for pristine natural resonance.
• Frictionless Playability: Say goodbye to sticky, heavy gloss necks. Our necks feature classic, universally loved profiles hand-finished with premium hard-wax oils for an incredibly fast, raw-wood feel.
• Smart Engineering: We build for the gigging and touring musician. That means premium standard hardware like Hipshot Grip-Lock tuners, long-lasting Jescar stainless steel frets, and our signature toolless magnetic rear access plates on select models.
Tested on the Floor. Trusted at Home.
If you caught us showcasing our builds at events like the Atlanta Vintage Guitar Show, you already know how our instruments feel in the hands and ring out through a live rig.
We understand that buying a premium custom-built guitar online requires trust. To eliminate the risk of buying sight-unseen, we offer an exclusive 72-hour home trial window on every guitar we ship. Take it out of the box, tune it up, plug it into your own amplifier, and put it through its paces. If it doesn't completely blow you away, send it right back to us for a full refund (minus shipping).
Thank you for supporting independent American luthiers. Browse our current available stock below, and feel free to send us a direct message if you have questions about specific weights, wood configurations, or custom options!
