General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

With over 20 years building and restoring the finest stringed instruments in the world, I give extremely detailed and accurate descriptions of everything I sell. I understand that a bond needs to be felt between an instrument and its new owner and I allow 24 hours from time received for you to make your decision. Extensive photos, sound samples and descriptions over the phone allow my many customers to be confident they are receiving their new best musical partner before shipping.
