"First, you are probably the only online seller that sets up guitars, installs the same new strings in all of them and posts videos with good sound quality so people can compare and get a reference between the individual instruments. That kind of integrity is rare. Second - the guitar setup was excellent and was beyond my expectation as a buyer. Easy to play even though it is 660mm scale, and intonation is very good with the compensated saddle. Absolutely no buzzing even with my super low tension strings. To encounter this level of setup with brand new instruments , one has to look at instruments costing over $2000 (such as Cordoba C12 which is nice but not as good as the Yamaha) - and even then not always. Last: the guitar is excellent. It has a huge and wonderful clear deep tone, it is very resonant.I am truly delighted with the instrument and with the service you provided around it.
