Sales:
I follow Reverb's definitions on condition (mint, excellent, very good, good, fair) so make sure you are familiar with these definitions prior to purchase. I always disclose the condition and include pictures, however, make sure you understand that in some cases it is impossible to show/disclose of everything and therefore the 'condition' should be pointed to. If you have any specific questions that I didn't address, just shoot me a message.
Returns:
I will only accept returns if you receive an item and it is in different condition than described. Contact me within 24 hours. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping.
Shipping:
All of my packages are professionally shipped with proper guitar boxes and packing materials. I take care and pride in my instruments and do everything I can to ensure that they arrive in pristine condition. All of my packages are shipped insured through Fedex, UPS, or USPS and usually require signature upon delivery, I ship same day or next business day following your purchase.

I am a private seller, and these guitars are a part of my collection. I play on rare occasions in my home office. These guitars never get gigged (I'm not worthy) and they never leave my climate controlled home. Sometimes I photograph them outside to show what they look like in natural light as opposed to camera flash.
95% of the time, my guitars are in mint condition. If there are any blemishes, I will be sure to notate and photograph.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
I generally do not accept returns. This is to prevent gigging, or abuse to the items I sell. I'm just a private seller, not guitar center. I work hard to disclose any signs of wear, blemishes etc. The item you receive will be accurately described. I have exceptional feedback on Reverb (and Ebay) so buy with confidence.
If something is flat out wrong with your order, I will work towards a solution/return. I need to be contacted immediately - within 24 hours.
Items will be packaged properly and shipped fully insured.
