General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
15% restocking fee on any returns and you will pay for return shipping; must provide tracking info for return shipping label.
No returns because of buyer's remorse, tone, sound, hard to use, didn't work with your rig, color/appearance, weight, etc, or for ANY reason unless the item is not working per manufacturer specifications or it was damaged in shipping.
If item is damaged in shipping, the buyer must provide proof, including photos of damaged packaging and not just the item, within 24 hours of delivery date (as shown delivered on tracking information), otherwise the item cannot be returned! This is required for claims with Reverb Safe Shipping.
