Been on Reverb for a while, since Jan. 2014. I buy and sell guitars, amps, pedals and other gear--not in a big way, just stuff I really like. But space is limited, so gear has to keep turning over. I'm pretty good at doing nut work, fret leveling and recrowning, and setups, especially on electrics. I also replace pickups, pots and switches when needed. So your guitar will come from me set up and ready to play, with frets gleaming.
Issues deserving of note are always described. And I write my own descriptions. I don't just copy them from someone else. I try to tell you what a guitar player really would want to know. Hope to do business with you!

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
RESTOCKING FEE. If a buyer claims a new or used item is significantly not as described in the item's listing, we will provisionally accept its return. But upon our evaluation, if in our opinion the guitar was in fact as-described, we will deduct the restocking fee from the refund, and we will also deduct from the refund all un-reimbursed shipping costs paid by us. No restocking fee will be applied, however, to a new item returned within our stated return period for new items. We refund the original and return shipping costs ONLY in cases where we agree that the item was in fact significantly not as described.
CONDITION. A returned item must be in as-shipped condition when we receive it back. As-shipped condition means no damage but also no modifications. If the guitar has been damaged, modified or had parts changed since we shipped it, the repair or restoration cost or diminution in value (based solely on our estimate) will be deducted from the refund, in addition to the restocking fee, if applicable.
RETURN OF NEW ITEMS. The 3-day return period for new items is calculated as follows: the item need not be shipped back to us within 3 days, but the buyer must notify us through the Reverb message system of his or her intent to return the item within 3 days (meaning 72 hours) of the item's delivery to the buyer. Then the item must be promptly shipped back to us, at the buyer's expense. Neither the original nor return shipping costs will be refunded in this case.
INSPECTION. No refund will be made in any case until the returned item has been received by us and carefully inspected.
