I bought my first guitar in 1977 - a "nonamo" Les Paul copy from the music store in our local mall (remember those?). It was such a turd that I made a clock out of it and sold it at a swap meet - HA! My next axe was a definite upgrade - a black, '76 Gibson Grabber G-3 Bass (sold on Reverb after 41 years).
I started writing parodies in 1979 (many have been played on the Dr. Demento show - https://www.reverbnation.com/thehazers). My current music project is "Roadside Attraction" - an acoustic duo playing re-imagined arrangements and mashups of classic and modern rock and pop tunes on heavily modded guitars with expansive pedalboards.
Now, with Reverb's help, I'm passing on many of the gems I've collected along my journey. A lot of what I sell is essentially brand new - purchased to see if it met the tone-smithing requirements of one musical project or another. Everything I sell is in great shape, so gear up and ROCK ON!
