General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
All equipment is tested, photos & and vidoe taken of the process to reduce returns. All sales are considered "Final" unless item is received other than described in the auction. All returns must be approved.
If your item is damaged in shipping you MUST notify us within 24 hours and provide us photo documentation of the packaging, and the damage must be clearly visible. After we receive the documentation we will contact you with further instructions.
We strive to ship items the same day, however we will always get your order processed within 1-3 days. If you need urgent or priority attention or shipping please call or email us.
