A Story of 3LeggedBuffalo
In 2019 at our Army barracks room in Fort Riley, Kansas my roommates Eli, Andrew and I discovered a shared passion for 3D printing. With limited resources, we started small, expanding our collection of printers and honing our skills. Our determination and combined talents formed the foundation of our business, 3LeggedBuffalo.

However, just as success seemed within reach, we received deployment orders. Through the unwavering support of our family and friends, they managed the operations, ensuring 3LeggedBuffalo continued to thrive.

During deployment, we drew strength from the knowledge that our loved ones not only supported us but also nurtured our shared dream. Inspired by their belief and dedication, we returned, overcome with gratitude for their effort and work.

In 2022 both Eli and Andrew left the military to focus on their families, personal lives and education. New friends, roommates and family have continued to help keep 3LeggedBufalo in a forward direction.

Our name pays homage to the Three Legged Buffalo Nickel – a notorious mint error from 1937 that turned into a highly sought-after collector's item. It symbolizes our belief that something initially flawed can ultimately become extraordinary.

The story of 3LeggedBuffalo showcases the power of brotherhood and the unwavering support of family and friends. Our camaraderie in the barracks laid the groundwork, while our families commitment during our deployment fueled our determination. Today, our business thrives, thanks to the bonds forged in our Army barrack room beginnings and the extraordinary support we received every step of the way.
