Shipping Policy
All items come with free shipping unless noted. Shipping will utilize DHL Ground, UPS Ground or UPS Saver. Average delivery time is 3.25 days. Orders that are valued at $500 or more require an adult signature who's 18 years old older upon delivery, no exceptions. All orders will come with a return pre-paid label in the event you wish to return your item(s). This label is of no charge of the customer. Customer must package order return appropriately, we suggest using original shipment packaging, and drop off the package at the appropriate logistics company listed on the label.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
All shipments will include a prepaid return label in the event you have any problems or issues with your order. Once your return is received by us, we will issue a refund within one business day. Refunds will be through Reverb Payments, length of time until funds return to your payment method depend on many variables, all of which are not controlled by us nor can be influenced by us.
