General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
NEW GEAR: Defective items may be taken to your nearest Factory-Authorized Service Center. For Items damaged in shipping, please contact us for assistance in processing a claim. If you are unhappy with your purchase of a new item, or if you changed your mind about it, please contact us directly before proceeding. Most new items can be returned within three (3) days of receipt* (see exceptions below).
The Buyer is responsible for:
Shipping costs, both receiving and returning, any Credit Card Fees, and a mandatory 15% restocking fee. In the event we offered free shipping on your order, the value of the un charged shipping will be deducted from your refund. Items must be returned with all original packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, etc., in brand-new condition, and showing no signs of wear or use. If any of these conditions are lacking, the return may be subject to an increased restocking and/or handling fee at the sole discretion of Insolent Noise.
USED/VINTAGE GEAR: Used and Vintage Gear is by definition old, and may be fragile. This gear has been subjected to age, handling, use and wear and tear. Scuffs, scrapes, chips, dings, modifications and replacements are to be expected. While Insolent Noise makes every effort to accurately document and describe each piece we list, however we can only accept responsibility for what we detail in the listing and document photographically. Insolent Noise is eager to to verify additional details necessary to address any concerns you may have; just be sure to contact us with any questions you may have and wait for our response before placing an order or submitting an offer. Beyond these caveats, Insolent Noise cannot offer any guarantee, nor will we accept any returns on Used and/or Vintage Gear. Please be sure you know what you are buying. For big-ticket vintage items, we highly recommend that you contact us to arrange for an in-hand inspection and test-drive of the instrument. We will arrange a time and place within a 150-mile radius of our location at our mutual convenience.
CONSIGNMENT GEAR: A small percentage of the gear for sale in the Insolent Noise Reverb Shop is listed on behalf on consignors. These items are not the property of Insolent Noise, and as such we can accept no returns on any consigned items. Consigned Gear is subject to the same terms and conditions that govern Used and Vintage Gear. Please be sure to contact us with any questions you may have regarding ant consignment item before placing an order or submitting an offer.
INTERNATIONAL SALES: In addition to our Wellington, FL location in the USA, Insolent Noise also operates from Certaldo, Italy for six months of the year. Items may be shipped at our discretion from either location. We offer International Shipping to select countries, with calculated or free shipping costs based on the Buyer's location at our discretion. Please contact us prior to placing an International order so that we may inform you of the rate to your precise location. Due to the additional expense and logistical impraticalities, we are unable to offer returns on Internationally shipped items for any reason, and all items must be pre-paid.
IMPORTANT: Certain items may not be available for international shipment due to current CITES regulations. Please read each listing carefully. We do our utmost to comply with International Customs and Shipping regulations when shipping Internationally, and we advise buyers to inform themselves regarding import duties to the destination country for Items shipping Internationally from the USA or Italy. We cannot be responsible for the actions of Customs or Border Protection Authorities blocking, freezing, or confiscating a shipment. Any excess shipping cost incurred, including return shipping, shall be the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Please check with your country's Customs Authorities before ordering to avoid any unpleasant surprises.
