General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
For custom orders, returns/refunds are not accepted unless the instrument is broken or not in full-working condition. Your deposit/payment is your binding confirmation that I can begin building your order and that you are accepting to go through with the build process. Once I begin ordering parts for your build, you can no longer request for a refund! No exceptions! If your instrument is damaged or not working when received, you have 7 days to request for a refund/return, after 7 days it will not be accepted.
