New Items

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
I am very happy to work with you if there is a problem and most of the time it is a simple fix.
The restocking fee applies if you change your mind about the item after receiving it or if the you think the item is not fully functional but it actually is when it comes back to me (i.e. you couldn't get some function to work but it is actually fully functional - for instance you return a pedal because you couldn't get it to receive MIDI clock, but I am able to when I receive the return. I will offer video proof before deducting the fee.)
