Hene's Gear Depot goal is to provide buyers with quality musical instruments at a reasonable prices. Although Hene's Gear Depot is relatively new to Reverb.com, we have been buying and selling on the internet for a number of years. Under the Creative_hene member identification, our feedback on Ebay is currently at 661 with 100% positive feedback. We also sell locally using Craigslist, local media, consignment sales, referrals from former customers and music stores owners and by word-of-mouth advertising.
We sell primarily pre-owned instruments. If repairs are needed, Hene's Gear Depot uses professional technicians for instrument repairs and upgrades where needed. Most guitars and basses will have a new set of strings installed. All musical instruments are fully tested prior to being listed for sale. All guitars and basses get our special fretboard hand polishing treatment. Our goal is to keep cost at a minimal level and to pass the savings on to our customers. Our customer base includes individual customers, school music directors, music instructors and musical instrument dealers.
Shipping Policy
Items will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Depending on the time of the purchase and size of the item, most items will be shipped on the day of purchase. The Seller will provide the tracking number to the Buyer upon shipment of item.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
The Buyer has up to seven days to ship the item back to the Seller. This is seven days from delivery of item to Buyer. The Buyer is responsible for return shipment charges. Items should be returned with all accessories that were initially shipped to the Buyer. Seller will issue buyer a full refund of the purchase price plus the initial shipping charge it item arrives in defective. Refund will be issued upon delivery of item to Seller.
