Haworth Guitars are a family owned and operated musical instrument retail business specialising in guitars, drums, keyboards, amplifiers, accessories and all things guitar related.
Haworth Guitars started from very humble beginnings in the late 1990's with high school industrial arts teacher Phil Haworth leaving his full time teaching job to start his own business building and repairing guitars.
Focusing strongly on customer service, business grew quickly. Phil shortly opened up his own music store in Kiama Downs, moving from his workshop in his own garage to sell guitars and musical instruments as well as build and repair them.
People travelled from all over to buy instruments from Phil's shop in 'the middle of nowhere' and to have their guitars repaired by a master luthier. Phil's son Glenn was involved in the business since the early days and was raised with the understanding of the importance of excellent customer service.
Today, Phil Haworth is retired and Glenn Haworth is now Director of Haworth Guitars Pty Ltd with Glenn's mum Silva working in the business still managing the books.
The distribution centre is located at 22 Durgadin Drive, Albion Park Rail, Haworths Shellharbour Music Centre.
Glenn has since opened a second store; Haworth's Music Centre Wollongong, as of April 2013, at 1B, 135-143 Princes Highway, Fairy Meadow NSW, along with the Music School operating in both stores, Haworth Music School is the Illawarra's premier choice for anyone wanting to learn to play an instrument like a pro.
With a continual high focus on customer service just like his Dad taught him, Glenn and his team will continue to grow the business in a fun and exciting way with a mission of providing customers with the ROCK-STAR experience and a vision of being the best music store in the world!
Shipping Policy
Free Delivery
Free delivery applies to selected items only and is limited to customers located in Australia. Haworth's can ship internationally and will charge a shipping fee if this is the case.
Insurance and express post is not included in our free freight offer, so please contact us for a quote.
Haworth's use a courier for most items so please ensure you will be at home, or supply Haworth’s with an alternative address such as a business address. If you are not home at time of delivery, you will need to pick up your item at the depot or re-deliver at your cost.
It is your responsibility to provide Haworth's with a correct delivery address. If an item is returned to us a re-delivery fee may be charged.
Stock Availability and Delivery Time
Due to Haworth's warehouse being used for online sales as well as physical shop-front sales, the stock availability may not always be 100% accurate. Therefore, if an item is described as 'in stock' on Haworth's website, this item may actually not be available and/or the item may need to be ordered from Haworth's supplier which may cause delays to the order. If this is the case, Haworth's will contact the customer once the order has been placed.
For customers located within Australia and if the item is in stock, most items will be delivered within 2-6 working days. This timeframe may change due to stock availability and workload.
For international customers, if the item is in stock, most items will be delivered within 5-10 working days. This timeframe may change due to stock availability, workload, customs and other factors outside of Haworth's control.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

When you purchase an item through our website you are entitled to Haworth’s 30 Day Return Guarantee. That means that when you make a purchase through our website you can rest assured that if for some reason the product is not as you expected, you can return it for a store credit to the same value of the purchase price of the item. It’s just one extra way that we like to create peace-of-mind for our customers because we know what it’s like to buy an instrument you haven’t even got the chance to play yet!
The item must be in the original condition when Haworth's receive it, including packaging or the refund will not be issued. The refund will only be issued once Haworth's have the item in their possesion and confirm the item is in original condition
