Hender Amps is a small dynamic company, specialized in repairing, modifying and maintaining guitar, bass and harp (tube)amplifiers. Also we are dealing with the import and sale of vintage guitars.
Shipping Policy
All guitars are properly packed in a cardboard box to ensure a safe journey. We will loosen the strings to prevent too much stress on the neck.
Guitars are shipped with GLS (Europe) or DPD (US). Insurance and track & trace are always included. Normally instruments are shipped within 2 days after receiving payment. We will notify you of any delay.
International Buyers Please Note:
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your countries customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up (do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.)
- We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
- To facilitate the economy of international shipments, quoted shipping/handling to international destinations will be for carrier specified dates. Payment must be received to correspond with specified carrier date to assure shipment schedule.

New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 2 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Vintage guitars: We allow a 48 hour approval period. This time begins when you sign for your item at delivery. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility. Payment will be refunded (less shipping fees) when we receive the item, and it is inspected. All returns must have tracking and insurance on the package, and be returned to us in the same way you received it. Any playing damage or wear will incure up to a 25% restocking fee.
