As part of our mission, we invest a portion of our proceeds into reconditioning guitars and donating them to local music programs in need.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Return Policy:
The quality of our listings is important to us. We’re always careful to write accurate, detailed descriptions with plenty of detailed photos and videos. However, we are imperfect humans and it’s possible we’ll miss a dent or ding. If we’ve neglected something vital, meaning there is a serious difference between our listing and what you’ve received, please report within 7 days of delivery to retain your buyer protection. Please note that any issues reported beyond that 7-day window will not be returnable and that all issues must be a problem with the item description or condition.
All used items are sold “As-Described” and cannot be returned unless it arrives in a condition different from how it was described or photographed. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging.

Any remorse or disappointment with the online transaction does not qualify for a return.
Conditions:
Mint: items are in essentially new original condition but have been opened or played.
Excellent condition: items have been used but are free from any visible blemishes or imperfections.
Very Good: items may show a few slight marks or scratches but are fully functional and in overall great shape.
Good condition: items function properly but may exhibit some wear and tear.
Fair condition: gear should function but will show noticeable cosmetic damage or other issues.
