My goal is to build quality made amps and cabs at affordable prices.I am able to do this because I have no overhead and have a small shop. I love what I do.I am also a musician myself and use my talents and 35 plus years in the trade to build things to the quality of my standards. If people don't like what I build, then they have 30 days to decide if they want to return it.I'm banking they won't.
Cabs are 100% returnable.Some Custom or finished (pre-order)cabinets are not returnable without a $50 surcharge or upon review.
Shipping Policy
Will not ship to some country's.Just shoot me an email, and I Will respond quickly.International shipping price may vary also.I also reserve the right to turn down some shipping due to distance expense or ask for the customer to make up the difference.Not likely though.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Special colors, customs and sizes returns allowed on approval from GCO.Custom orders are either fixed or non-refundable.It all depends on what kind of custom it is.If I can resell it ,then the refund is not a problem.My goal is to keep customers satisfied and loving their new gear.That's what makes all this fun......most of the time.
