Shipping Policy
We offer shipping to the United States only. We do not ship International.
We ship exclusively to the United States ship-to address attached to the United States Paypal account used to complete the transaction.
When a payment is made through Paypal, we as sellers are required (by Paypal) to ship to the address generated by Paypal. The requirement is for our financial protection and yours.
All footswitches are hand crafted to order. Standard build lead time is 4 business days. The lead time will be extended if we are flooded with orders, either here or our other venues. We ship exclusively USPS Priority.
Once the pedal build is complete, we package the item up and generate a shipping label with tracking info. We then input the tracking numbers into the order details on Reverb.com. An email with the tracking information is then auto generated by Reverb.com and sent to the buyer.
