When it comes to needing the best, we're here. Shop hours are by appointment only, also available for instrument pickup/return and emergency repairs as possible. General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
All instruments should be considered sold WITHOUT a return policy. If for some reason you receive an instrument and it is not to your liking, I will make returns a possibility if I am notified within 24 hours of receiving it. Return shipping must be paid by the buyer, and a 5% restocking fee will be assessed. Thank you very much for your business.
