General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Due to the nature of aftermarket pickguarding, we will never charge a restocking fee. That being said, all pickguards, truss rod covers and back plates must have the protective plastic film unpeeled. Do not start a return if you've peeled off the protective plastic film, as you won't be getting a refund, and you won't be getting the item back unless you pay for re-shipping. If we send you the wrong item we will cover the return shipping but you may be asked to provide photos. Not using due diligence, not reading the listing details and/or failure to ask questions before the purchase is not an excuse. Aftermarket pickguarding is not an exact science. We do our best to describe the compatibility as accurately as possible, but minor differences in models and runs of guitars, installation, specification drift etc. make it possible that you may have to do a little shaving and whittling for the best fit.
We're pretty reasonable folk, we aren't going to sweat you if you're a few days past the return window.
