General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Pickguards, truss rod covers and back plates must have the protective plastic film unpeeled. If you have taken off the protective plastic off you may return the part but will only receive 50% of the purchase price back, as I will have to sell it as used. If we send you the wrong item we will cover the return shipping and waive the restocking fee- but you will need to provide photos. Not using due diligence and asking questions before the purchase is not an excuse. Aftermarket pickguarding is not an exact science. We do our best to get the fit as close as possible, but minor differences in models and runs of guitars, installation, specification drift etc. make it possible that you may have to do a little shaving and whittling for the best fit. We do not consider tiny inaccuracies a valid reason for a return.
