General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
New: Instruments, Microphones, Audio Interfaces, Signal Processors, Control Surfaces can all be returned within a 14 day period. Customer pays for return shipping & must provide a tracking number. Upon receiving the return, will inspect condition & serial numbers. If serial numbers match & the condition is "open box", a refund will be processed with a 15% restocking fee deducted.
Instant Digital Software Downloads: Instant Digital Software Downloads are NOT REFUNDABLE. Upon purchase, you will receive an email and a message on Reverb with your download link & license keys. All Digital Software Instant Download Sales Are Final.
