Shipping Policy
Domestic shipping rates are variable depending on the item. Most guitars have a flat 45-50 dollar shipping fee but bigger and more expensive guitars cost more to ship and are therefore priced higher. In the event that an item must be returned the buyer agrees to pay return shipping unless there is an issue or other arrangements are made. Item must arrive in new or original condition for a full refund otherwise there may be a restocking fee.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Buyer responsible for return shipment unless otherwise arranged. If a return is requested and the item arrives with any noticeable damage a 15% re-stocking fee will be applied to the refund.
