Since my first band in 1989 I found enjoyment submersing myself in understanding all things guitar and what makes them work. Not long after I began working in sales of instruments, and quickly took the position of manager, at a music shop in Northern Michigan. Since then I have been on the trail of finding great gear for myself and others. For a few years prior to the pandemic I traveled extensively in the US and greater Toronto (Canada) area as a specialist for a well known pro audio manufacturer..

Shipping Policy
We do our best to ensure your purchase is packed the best possible. Ordered items may take up to 48 hours to ship. Should a shipping issue arise you will be contacted immediately. <br><br>Most smaller items ship USPS. <br>Larger items (cases, guitars, amps) ship the best way possible. <br><br>We are not liable for RTS orders or shipping costs thereof. If a package returns to us we will attempt to reach out to our customer. The customer is responsible for providing new shipping info and payment of reshipping costs. After 14 days of an RTS arriving back to us, all claims of ownership revert to us and the item will be relisted or donated at our discretion.

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
