For over 20 years, Fairfax Recordings has been curating a collection of the finest pieces of vintage studio equipment and musical instruments around. Now residents of the famed Sound City Studios in Los Angeles, Fairfax continues to buy and sell gear, from vintage guitar amps and microphones to esoteric keyboards and synths. You may see items in our shop that are exceedingly rare and remain in incredible condition.
Our goal is to showcase and make available some of the gear that we've been using to make records at the studio, and find new homes for the old souls that inhabit these beautiful vintage instruments.
