General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
We generally do not accept returns. All our items are individually checked before being shipped out. This check is done by a professional player and/or repair tech, and consists of a cosmetic check, and functionality/playability check and we also record before the item is packed and then shipped. The only time we accept a return, is if there was a transport related damage.

If the item arrives damaged, please check for any damage to your package before signing for your shipment and if you find any, report it to the shipping company immediately. Please send a message to our staff within 24 hours and include pictures of the damaged item, and pictures of the box it came in even if the box doesn’t have any visual damages.

Do not discard any of the packaging, manuals, papers, parts or accessories the item has been supplied with, and in particular, please do not remove protective film from any of the instruments pickups, pickguards, control plates, etc.

A full refund of the purchase price (minus bank costs, PayPal fees, shipping costs, duty and tax) of the goods or exchange will be made once the goods are returned to us in the same condition as when they left our premises.

Return due to problems with the buyer's national customs or transport company, we accept refund(the item must been arrives to our place), we only refund the cost of the item minus the initial shipping fee.
For any other reason, we are not able to accept returns and cancellations. Please buy if you have understood, seen and read all the information we provide.
