Due to recent issues with the US Postal Service and UPS, I ask all customers to be patient. Both services have experienced very slow delivery times and packages not being left where they should be left. This is beyond my control!! Please follow the tracking number provided at the time of the sale.
All instruments are AS IS I try to offer the best prices. I will refund the difference in shipping as it is hard to calculate without having the item packaged, weighed and also knowing the final destination. Shipping rates are thru the roof right now. I can not offer free shipping. Instruments will be shipped with the strings loosened. All instruments will need to be set-up to the buyers preferences including neck adjustments, intonation and string height. It is cold here in the winter months and shipping will affect the neck. If there is an issue with an item purchased I am more than willing to resolve the issue.
