DJ Custom Guitars is a small family-run business and my reputation is my most important asset. You can rest assured that I take personal pride in every sale, and always go the extra mile to answer any questions and ensure my customers get exactly what they are looking for. My main focus these days is on guitar wiring kits, and I have all sorts of custom wiring options available. You will also see the occasional guitar project pop up in my shop. The guitar building is mostly a hobby. I just build one guitar at a time and try to sell them for a very modest profit. Let me know what I can do for you or your guitar! Shipping Policy
Typically, I charge a flat rate of $30 shipping for a guitar with no hard case or $50 for a guitar with an included hard case, for domestic US shipping. This is usually not enough to cover the actual cost of both the shipping and the packing supplies, but some of that I chalk up to business expense. If, for some reason, I have to charge a higher shipping rate, I will mention why in my ad.
I will typically mail out an item the next business day after receiving payment. There may be rare exceptions to this, and if there will be a shipping delay for some reason, I will let you know why and for how long.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
I will try my best to list a very detailed description of an item that I am selling to ensure that a buyer is getting exactly what he/she meant to buy. Returns within 7 days of receipt will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and typically granted if the item is not as described in the original listing for some reason. Returned items should be packed in the original packaging and returned in the same condition sent before a refund is issued.
