Shipping is priced for UK Mainland Only.
Highlands and Islands that require postage surcharge will be treated separately and we will only charge the surcharge and not the full cost of postage.
Postage to outside of the UK is offered, please contact me for an accurate price before you purchase.
All postage is sent by tracked and signed courier.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Due to the increasing amount of instruments requiring software to activate them we have had to make the following decision.
The cost of the software will be deducted from the refund if the codes, and/or software are not returned to the seller if the item is returned.
We reserve the right to withhold the full amount of any equipment value if this condition is not met.
