All items are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS only. At this time we only ship to the United States. Shipping to areas other than the LOWER 48 STATES will be AN ADDITIONAL COST and will be calculated once item has been purchased.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
All items are described as accurately as possible. We want you to be happy with your purchase so please email or call us with any questions you may have. New items will be covered under the manufacturer's standard warranty.
•If for some reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us prior to returning any item.
•New items are to be returned within 14 days of the received date unless otherwise noted in the auction description
•Items must be returned with the original sale receipt, paperwork, and any free gifts that were included with the purchase.
•Items are to be returned in original packaging with all accessories and product documentation, cds, dvds, bags etc.
•Items need to show absolutely no signs of use, wear, stick marks, or fingerprints.
•Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee or refusal/denial if we are unable to sell the returned item(s) as new.
•No exchanges or refunds can be offered for videos, dvds, books, clothing, drumheads, drum sticks, special/custom order items.
•Used, vintage, demo and clearance items are sold as is. No Returns or exchanges are allowed.
•Refunds are offered for product purchase price only and will not include shipping or handling charges. Items with Free Shipping are applicable with purchase only. If you choose to return the item(s) you will receive a refund for the item(s) minus the cost of shipping.
•All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer is responsible for all merchandise until it safely reaches our location. The buyer should check all packaging and insure the shipment for the full amount of the item(s) original purchase. We are not responsible for any damaged, lost, stolen, or missing items. We recommend the buyer use a reputable shipping carrier and keep all tracking information to confirm delivery. Buyer is responsible for any shipping claims if there is a problem with the buyers returned shipment.
