Shipping Policy
We ship during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Any guitar purchased after noon Eastern time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. We only ship to the places specified. We ship internationally - ask us about our rates.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 3 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Items lost or damaged during return shipping are the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer should insure the item for full value with the shipping carrier. Return policy does not apply to "sold as-is as described" listings if marked as such on the listing.
