General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Damage during shipping will be handled with Reverb insurance and shipper insurance obligations. Cost of shipping is purchasers responsibility. Video of shipping conditions may be available. By placing an order you are agreeing the pictures reflect the condition are described in the ad. Used means used,,period. Seller makes reasonable effort to declare condition honestly and subjectively. Tubes are a consumable and are not warrantied but are tested in normal operation and playing for a period of time. No length of tube age or playing hours are declared unless new in ad. No declaration of original tubes or changing /modifying unless seller declares in ad from work done while owned by seller. Purchasers will pay full shipping both ways if a refund is issued as there will be no playing without paying. Buyer has option to re-sale after delivery.
Purchased use_tubes are a consumable and are operational as per Manufactures spec. No declaration on age or use of the tubes is declared or is unknown. I have not opened unit up for any modifications, repairs or replacements unless declared.. Return of item if not operational due to shipping damage only. Arranged with seller and reverb and will be for no other reason. Detailed pictures and video of operation on condition to be recorded prior to shipping and boxing. I am not guitar center and cannot absorb processing fees that are non refundable to me!!!
