I have been actively involved with buying and selling vintage guitars in the Southern California area since 1968. I met the legendary Norman Harris in 1972 and asked him to join my band at the time. We eventually hooked up and worked together in The Angel City Rhythm Band for 5 years. We did a lot of recording and backed up all the LA area blues legends including Albert Collins, Big Mama Thorton, T-Bone Walker, Lowell Fulson and many more.
Norm started Normans Rare Guitars in 1976 and I came aboard in 1978 after retiring from the road. We were great friends and partners in the store until 1999 when I took some time off. I started California Vintage Guitar in 2001 and ran it until 2013 when i sold it to my old partner. I currently accep bank wires, Paypal and personal checks. I always ship within 1 or 2 days of payment unless special circumstances arise.
I will give full refunds, minus shipping, if notified within 48 hours of customer receiving instrument.
