General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
If for any reason your purchase arrives in any other condition than as described please ask for a return immediately and we will do so. If you take it upon yourself to take your purchase apart and attempt to work on it your self or have a third party work on it without being previously agreed upon any return is null and void.
If you purchase a tube amplifier from us and any of the tubes are missing have been replaced with other tubes as an attempt to defraud. Your refund is null and void the item will be sent back to you and the monies will be received by the shop. Any attempt to defraud Goldbergs Goods, LLC by switching or swapping parts pieces or the entire unit with different units, this will void your return completely. Please do not attempt this as you will be caught, our team goes above and beyond photo graphing the inside and outside of everything we sell, sometimes when necessary marking with an Invisible UV pen our inventory inside and out. If the attempt to defraud is over 100 dollars your local authorities will be contacted to pursue the matter criminally.
